You are only allowed to have one IntelliBanners account unless permission is obtained from IntelliBanners to open additional accounts.

You may not do anything that could inconvenience, offend, or harm IntelliBanners, its members, or anyone else who could access the IntelliBanners network.

You may not promote any IntelliBanners campaign banners, splash pages, or referral URLs in a way that could be considered spamming. Any form of spamming in association with your IntelliBanners account will result in removal of your account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using IntelliBanners. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a banner and/or site, and any content it contains. IntelliBanners is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

IntelliBanners has the right to suspend or remove a banner, campaign, or member that is consuming an unreasonable amount of resources or otherwise affecting the IntelliBanners service.

Members can earn commissions from certain purchases made by members they've referred to IntelliBanners. A member can claim unpaid commissions after a certain amount has been earned. IntelliBanners cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that could prevent commissions from being paid. IntelliBanners has the full right to revoke unpaid commissions if a member violates this terms agreement or performs any action that IntelliBanners considers to be potentially harmful or inappropriate. In addition, IntelliBanners is not responsible for recovering lost commissions if a member loses the account information, or otherwise loses the ability to access his or her account.

IntelliBanners is not responsible for any issues or problems caused by using the service. You may not take any type of legal action against IntelliBanners for any reason. You also may not have any other person or group take legal action against IntelliBanners. IntelliBanners will do its best to keep the service safe and clean, but you must use it at your own risk.

Before submitting a banner to IntelliBanners, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your banner and site does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your banner, campaign, or account may be deleted without warning.

*No banners or target sites containing or promoting illegal activity.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No banners or target sites that are not written in English.

*No PTP sites.

*IntelliBanners has the full right to delete any ad that is believed to be inappropriate or questionable.
