The decision of whether or not a refund will be issued for any purchase is up to IntelliBanners. Although IntelliBanners is never required to issue a refund, one would normally be issued if IntelliBanners is unable to provide a service that a member has purchased.
IntelliBanners will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge for any refund that occurs in accordance with this Refund Policy, or for any Refund that is initiated by 2CO.
